We're looking for a forward-thinking Data Engineer Consultant to join our team.

What You'll Do

As a Data Engineer Consultant, you'll design and build scalable data pipelines using Databricks and Microsoft Fabric, enabling seamless integration with AI models and intelligent applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop metadata driven data pipelines using Azure Databricks and Microsoft Fabric
  • Develop notebooks to support transformations through the medallion architecture
  • Ingest a variety of sources using different methods (e.g. APIs, event streams, batch connectors), implementing retries, rate-limit handling, and fault tolerance
  • Implement advanced data engineering practices such as change data capture (CDC), schema evolution, and change data feed (CDF)
  • Design and operationalise data processes for merge logic, deduplication, and SCD2
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for data workflows and ensure robust monitoring and governance
  • Apply robust security and integration practices including RBAC, CLS/RLS, Azure Key Vault, and secret management

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow, Unity Catalog)
  • Hands-on with Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Services (Data Factory, Synapse, Event Hub)
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and PySpark
  • Understanding of data governance and lineage
  • Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams
  • End-to-end consulting capability – from engaging stakeholders and gathering requirements through to solution design, technical delivery, and enabling clients to achieve meaningful business outcomes

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with dimension modelling and semantic modelling
  • Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, or Copilot Studio
  • Exposure to AI/ML workflows, including MLOps and model deployment
  • Integrate structured and unstructured data sources for real-time analytics and Copilot experiences
  • Collaborate with AI and ML teams to ensure data readiness for model training and inference

What You'll Do

As an AI Applications Solutions Architect, you will design and ship real AI products. You will go beyond simple chat to integrate with business systems, databases and APIs, and build modern web and mobile applications enhanced by the Azure AI stack.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales for demos, discovery and estimates
  • Run requirements workshops and gain stakeholder buy in
  • Build web and mobile applications with LLM, ML and other AI capabilities
  • Implement across dev, test and prod using modern engineering practices
  • Produce clear documentation, training and handovers
  • Act as a trusted advisor for ongoing engagement

Required Skills

  • Working knowledge of LLMs, ML models and when to use which
  • Experience designing and building cloud-based web apps with .NET and other frameworks
  • Hosting on Azure including App Service, containers and Azure Integration services
  • Exposure to Azure AI Foundry, Cognitive Services and Azure AI Search
  • Exposure to Copilot Studio and Power Platform to combine low code and pro code
  • Understanding of the wider Microsoft ecosystem. Identity, Fabric, M365 and Power Platform
  • Strong documentation, presentation and communication skills

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Azure Developer to join our Cloud & Apps Domain.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Azure Developer, you'll turn architecture into reality. You'll build and integrate production-grade applications on Azure, manage infrastructure through templates, and ship reliable code. Working with the lead architect to design secure and reliable solutions, you'll own execution across environments with sound engineering practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Principal Architect on patterns and technical decisions; own delivery across dev/test/prod
  • Partner with Sales for demos, discovery and estimates
  • Run requirements workshops and gain stakeholder buy in
  • Implement application features and integrations across APIs, events and data services
  • Deploy Azure infrastructure using IaC templates (Bicep/Terraform/ARM)
  • Implement CI/CD, testing, observability and secure release to dev/test/prod
  • Produce clear documentation, training and handovers
  • Act as a trusted engineer for ongoing engagement

Required Skills

  • Background in production software development with proficiency in .NET or Python
  • Experience developing cloud-based applications using Microsoft Azure platform services
  • Hands-on design and development experience with Azure App Service, Azure Functions, API Management, Logic Apps, Service Bus
  • Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Bicep, Terraform, ARM) and environment automation
  • CI/CD with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, including automated testing
  • Monitoring and reliability with Application Insights/Log Analytics
