Founded in 2025 by a team of Microsoft AI specialists and industry veterans, nexwave was born in response to a significant shift in the AI landscape. We recognised that while Microsoft and the broader tech sector were rapidly advancing AI capabilities, there was a critical gap in the partner ecosystem.
We observed that many data and AI partners were struggling to deliver non-deterministic AI solutions with the same methodologies used for traditional, rules-based systems. The market needed a partner who could successfully deliver AI solutions from conception through to managed service with a repeatable methodology that removes uncertainty.
Our mission became clear: to combine technical expertise with methodological innovation and change management principles. We blend the Cloud Adoption Framework with Agile Delivery, Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, and ADKAR Change Management to ensure AI solutions are effectively adopted, not just delivered.
